Delete your PuzPuz account
You can delete your account and all of its data at any time.
In the app
- Open PuzPuz and go to Settings.
- Tap delete account and confirm.
This permanently deletes your sign-in, your name and photo, your invite code and your rooms. If you signed in with Apple, the Sign in with Apple link is revoked too. Puzzles you solved on your device and your purchases stay.
Without the app
Email nowaymobileltd@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject “PuzPuz account deletion”. Your account and associated data are permanently deleted within 30 days, and you get a confirmation email once it is complete.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings or on Google Play.
